I'm trying to import the FileAPI WPT tests in bug 171960. One of the tests must be disabled:

Its a ref test failing due to not loading an image correctly. This bug is to do follow-up to figure out what is wrong.

Looks like this was fixed in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/85490ed4d7ecc55740c8152fcea3a0140dde22f8, so the fix here is to reimport.
