Open the attached test case. Results: The SVG images are displayed as if there were no SVG fragments in their URLs. Expected: All the images should be filled with a single solid color.

The fix of the background SVG image with fragment has to be included in the fix of https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163811. So mark this one as a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 163811 ***
