Created attachment 274883 [details] Testcase If you drop the attached testcase into LayoutTests/animations, then run it in the browser, the box only animates once, despite the shorthand “animation: move 1s 3 linear” having iteration-count 3. And the web inspector shows that we parsed the interation count as animation-delay: 0.003s; So something weird is up with parsing the shorthand here. Oddly it doesn’t reproduce without the js-pre/js-post stuff.

Ugh. This is because the testcase was in quirks mode, in which case we can parse unitless time values as a time in ms. No other UA does this for non-zero values.

I dropped the attached test case in LayoutTests/animations, modified it to have `animation: move 1s 3 linear` and ran it in both Safari 16 and Firefox. In both cases, I got 3 iterations. This appears to have been fixed at some point in the last 7 years.
