(spinning this work out of discussion re: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151899#c16) A few necessary things: - InspectorProtocol.removeEventListener (to balance addEventListener) - InspectorProtocol.clearAllListeners (for use in teardown actions)
