Open a new document.
Click on the Style pulldown.
Mouse over items in the menu.
The cursor should turn into a hand cursor over the menu items, as in Firefox.

This works in Safari for Windows on XP Pro.
It may work in Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard as well.

I've checked the problem in Webkit r30628 in Leopard and the issue is fixed.
